Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our mistake (such as sending the wrong or defective item).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as refunds may take several business days to appear.
